ManpowerGroup Accounts Payable Representative: I (Junior) in Yuma, Colorado
Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with a leading global agribusiness owned by farmers, ranchers, and cooperatives across the United States to hire an AP Specialist to an onsite role at their Yuma, CO facility.
Title: AP Specialist
Location: Yuma, CO
Pay: $20 to $23.50 per hour
Here, you will make an impact by:
Perform various Accounts Payable responsibilities.
Track receipt of data and source documents.
Prepare and sort source documents and interpret data to be entered.
Contact preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data.
Perform data entry in the Accounts Payable System from source documents, complete necessary coding, confirm accuracy of data, and make necessary corrections.
Requirements:
AP/AR Experience
High School diploma or GED.
Proficient in MS Office suite
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
