Manpower Group Technical Publications Coordinator in Ypsilanti, Michigan
Manpower is currently seeking a Technical Publications Coordinator for our client in Ypsilanti. This is a full-time, potential temp-to-hire opportunity working Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm including some Saturdays. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Job duties include:
Assisting the with the overall Technical Publications and Security Program for the Technical Publications Department.
Ensuring the Technical Publications are kept current at all times and maintain a master list of the Technical Publications by each document name and update as necessary.
Producing copies of required revisions for distributions.
Revising library copies with incoming revisions.
Issuing new manuals and sending revisions to more than 4000 manuals as they are published.
Assisting with Airport Landing Reports and DOT Reports which are filed monthly for the previous month's flying activity.
Assisting the Facility Security Office with the overall security program for the DOD contract.
Tracking security clearances investigations and performs administrative functions.
Providing security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training for site personnel.
Ensuring document control security by safeguarding classified documents in accordance with the NISPOM and coordinating with other government agencies and management.
Performing other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have good office, computer skills, and shipping knowledge along with a strong knowledge of JPAS and E-Qip government programs. The selected candidate will be trained in the updating, tracking, and distribution of the Jeppesen Airway Maps and must complete or have completed the required training required by the NISPOM.
