Payrate or Pay range: $16/Hr
Onsite: Winston Salem, NC
Contract or Permanent: Contract for 12+ months with possibility for extension/hire.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Need to have Leading a team experience.
Remove paper clips, staples, unfolding pages, and other possible scanning impediments from incoming documents
Operate file drop application to electronically prep incoming documents Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all documents
Prioritize the prepping process of all invoices during period close and year end to assure all invoices are imaged within the deadline dates
Track contents of package being received or shipped, and allocate package to corresponding bins.
Operate the rescan station to work on image quality including contrast, double feeds, covered information, etc.
Track and report document discrepancies to Team Lead Coordinators Complete productivity report accurately Other administrative and administrative support duties as assigned.
Education / Experience Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent Some business office experience preferred (0-1 year),
Ability to type 30WPM
Familiarity with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word Physical Requirements:
This position is considered medium work.
It will involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Will be required to work 40 hours a week.
