Security and Resilience Specialist(Jr. Cyber Security Engineer)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Resilience Specialist to join our dynamic security team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our organization's security and resilience measures to mitigate risks, protect assets, and ensure business continuity. Your expertise in various areas of security and resilience, along with your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, will be critical to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Security Team Lead, act as the liaison between the organization and law enforcement agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on matters related to police liaison and court orders.
Participate in the day-to-day operations of physical security measures that safeguard company premises, assets, and personnel. Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate resilience and crisis management activities, including developing response plans, conducting drills and exercises, and providing guidance during crisis situations.
Stay abreast of the latest threat intelligence, monitor and analyze security threats, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and controls, ensuring the appropriate levels of access and user privileges are maintained.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and disrupt digital economic crimes, including fraud, cyber threats, and financial crimes.
Drive technology enablement initiatives to enhance security and resilience capabilities, such as implementing advanced security tools, monitoring systems, and incident response platforms.
Promote and assist in security and resilience transformation efforts, driving the development and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management) and / or 2-3 years equivalent experience.
Strong background in physical security, investigations, and Incident Response, with the ability to communicate and enforce effective security measures.
Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies.
Familiarity with digital economic crime trends, prevention strategies, and investigative techniques.
Experience in driving technology enablement initiatives to enhance security and resilience capabilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
