Customer Service Consultant at IDEXX
Pay: $26 - $29 per hour
Schedule: M-F 9a-5p

Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing customer technical support for company's products or services
Answering customer questions and explaining products and services
Instructing on use of equipment and coordinating and assisting with installations
Configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing computer system hardware or software
Entering customer orders and billing
Determining customers needs, researching, and providing solutions
Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of cloud software and MS Office applications
Excellent attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Process improvement experience preferred
Accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience preferred
