ManpowerGroup Maintenance Coordinator in Warren, Michigan

Our client, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team. A Maintenance coordinator is responsible for maintaining the maintenance OPRA system which is a interface for SAP. They shall assist the maintenance manager in oversight of the day-to-day operations of the maintenance personnel reporting directly to the maintenance manager.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Warren, MI

Pay Range: $24.50

What’s the Job?

  • Assist maintenance manager maintaining and oversight of the maintenance OPRA workflow systems.

  • Work with Maintenance employees on issues they are having related to the OPRA systems.

  • Work with corporate maintenance team to resolve any issues within th CMMs systems

  • Assist maintenance manager with any issues

  • Assist company personnel with any maintenance related matters, and other duties as assigned.

What’s Needed?

  • Proficient in Microsoft office, word and excel programs.

  • Familiarity with software systems such as SAP and Louts Notes.

  • Highschool Diploma or general education degree - GED.

  • 3 months related experience / or training; or equivalent combination of education experience
