Pay: $23- $27/hr. (Negotiable)
Full time
Shift: Monday to Friday.

What’s the Job?
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of building systems, including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.
Ensure all building operations adhere to safety and efficiency regulations and codes.
Lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance plans to extend the lifespan of building equipment.
Foster a safe and collaborative work environment by leading by example.
Analyze complex building systems and develop innovative solutions to address any issues.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of experience (or equivalent combination).
Universal CFC certification preferred, with additional certifications based on local/state requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to explore new solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
