How You’ll Make an Impact as a Operations Professional

· The National Assignment Management Operations Professional is responsible for timely and accurate information management & processing, data integrity & quality control which ensure accurate and timely pay & bill functions.

· Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engagement/assignment data integrity in the CAF system.

• CAF set ups (New Hires, rehires, remarkets, add CAFs), CAF Maintenance (consultant updates, invoicing updates, rate changes, bill and or pay, extensions, terms) and POs/SOWs/Client Confirmations.

• Secure SOW, MSA and all required information for accurate assignment management & back office processing for payroll and invoicing.

• Responsible for the Assignment life cycle which includes new client & engagements set up , terminations and extensions.

• Works with BDMS, Recruiters, other field, and Shared Services. Staff to confirm correct bill/pay information.

• Set up in system new hires, additional assignments, terminations, and all changes.

• Reviews all pay & bill information, verifies and edits records as required.

• Submit data for up in PeopleSoft.

• Confirm correct product codes; confirm approved per diem; ensure FLSA & IRMP compliance, Federal, state and city regulations; validate bench records and update end dates.

• Process & track specific requirements for all verticals and practices, fixed priced projects, SOWs, Perm Placement & Government .

• Manage terms & extensions (45 day term report).

Location: This role is located at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI and is a hybrid opportunity.

What you’ll bring with you

AKA candidate requirements:

Education & Experience:

Associate degree. Business experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Minimum two years’ experience in an office/administrative role in the staffing/consulting industry.

· Position Qualifications:

Well-developed written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent time management skills with proven attention to detail.

Excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Proven customer service skills to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with a high level of professionalism.

Ability to work independently within a team environment.

Ability to adapt to conflicting deadlines/priorities.

Ability to operate within a centralized management structure.

Ability to meet or exceed performance expectations and operational goals.

Knowledge and understanding of Experis operational functions, processes, and systems. Strong understanding of/experience with integrated business systems, order intake/management, time capture, payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and Experis Common Operating Model.

Ability to maintain compliance with internal policy and external law regarding paperwork and processes.
