ManpowerGroup Executive Assistant in United States

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing proactive, well-organized and timely senior administrative support and executive representation to internal / external stakeholders.  

  • Proactively manage, coordinate and maintain up-to-date and accurate executive calendar, including and monitoring of key dates / deliverables and accountabilities.  

  • Execute all general administrative duties (e.g., business travel, expense submission, email monitoring) in seamless fashion. 

  • Manage Marketing AP invoicing and monthly P-card reconciliation.

  • Oversee employee onboarding coordination and ordering.

  • Plan and coordinate key executive and department events. 

  • Assist in the development and proofreading of executive correspondence and internal presentations.  

  • Coordinate interactions with outside vendors and agencies.

  • Provide an exceptional service experience through quality of work and positive communication with all external stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes.

Required:

• 3 years’ experience in an administrative capacity

• High school Diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience: Experience supporting senior level business leaders. Exposure to the staffing and contingent workforce placement industry.
