ManpowerGroup Healthcare Changes Project Manager in Topeka, Kansas
Our client, a state government administration, is looking for a CARE Changes Project Manager to join their team. CARE stands for Client Assessment, Referral and Evaluation and is an assessment that helps people find appropriate long term care services and collects data on the need for home and community based services.The CARE Changes PM will be responsible for reviewing code of federal regulations (both current and proposed), all recommended changes from the screening tech assistance center, as well as suggested changes in response to the ePASRR system process, and others to draft changes to the CARE forms and manual. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication, ability to synthesize information, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CARE Changes Project Manager
Location: Topeka, KS Hybrid - occasional agency visit as needed
Pay Range: $20-22/hr.
Job Type: 12-month Contract with the potential to convert/hire to FTE (W2 only, no C2C or C2H)
What’s the Job?
Review and recommend changes to federal regulations (CFR 42, 483 subpart C) and CARE Program processes
Draft new forms and manuals based on federal regulations and proposed changes
Facilitate team meetings to review draft forms and manuals
Develop and coordinate an implementation timeline for ePASRR system integration
Create and implement training for stakeholders, including assessors, evaluators, hospitals, nursing facilities, and health departments
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human services or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management or leading program changes
Certified Project Manager preferred
Knowledge of data tracking
Intermediate to advanced computer skills required (especially Microsoft Excel)
Prefer candidates to be located in or near Topeka, KS 66603
