We are seeking an experienced thought leader to work collaboratively with their peers to identify and standardize shared best practices, enhance communication, and build knowledge sharing opportunities across both the project and program levels.
Location: Tempe, AZ (relocation assistance provided)
Salary: 140,000 plius bonus

Key responsibilities:
Lead a team of Test Leads, and their associate staff, including hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
Oversee a portfolio of titles, working closely with internal and external partners, managing those relationships to determine and set test priorities, efforts, and risk assessment.
Conduct test performance optimization, using appropriate tools, systems, and techniques.
Drive all test development activities for your projects.
Partner deeply with internal and external teams to establish and maintain clear and concise reporting.
Experience requirements:
5+ years hands-on test experience in the games industry
7+ years’ leadership experience in the games industry
Demonstrated experience growing teams, talent and operational efficiency
Experience managing multiple projects, simultaneously, at scale
Familiarity with data querying and reporting with Microsoft Office productivity suite
Ability to influence and drive change management
Expert knowledge of QA methods, tools, processes, and best practices
