Job Title: Cisco Voice Engineer
Location: Remote
What You'll Do:
Participate in a structured program aimed at developing foundational skills in Cisco voice engineering.
Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain practical experience in implementing and managing Cisco voice solutions, including Cisco on-premises systems, RingCentral, Zoom, and WebEx calling.
Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting voice networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Engage in continuous learning and development activities to enhance technical knowledge and expertise in voice engineering and related technologies.
Contribute to the success of client projects by providing technical support and assistance as part of a collaborative team environment.
What You Need:
Bachelor's degree
1 year of IT experience through education, internship, or previous jobs
Familiarity with CompTIA A+ certification or entry-level IT acumen is preferred.
Basic understanding of voice engineering concepts and principles is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for learning and professional development.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have: CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge and experience in Cisco networking technologies.
