ManpowerGroup Machine Operations Supervisor in Streetsboro, Ohio
Our client, located in Streetsboro Ohio is seeking a Machine Operations Supervisor to join their team. As a Supervisor, you will be a Team Lead supporting Production. The ideal candidate will have supervisor experience, team player mentality and exceptional people skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operations Supervisor
Location: Streetsboro, Ohio
Pay Range: $27/hr
What’s the Job?
Supervise staff to produce product and monitor workflow
Assist management in assessing individual and team performance and development
Prepare shift manning schedules to ensure coverage
Manage attendance and PTO for team
Ensure proper entry of time in ADP
Assist in management of quality, production and personnel issues.
What’s Needed?
HSD or GED, Bachelors degree/technical school preferred.
4+ years of progression in manufacturing leadership positions of growing responsibility
Preferred experience in packaging solutions
Solid ERP system knowledge is preferred
