Job Description: Hybrid Administrative Support Role

Position Type: Hybrid

Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 days onsite, with a minimum of 3 days to start. There will be some flexibility with work times (e.g., 7:30 AM start time, etc.).

Minimum Education Requirement:

  • High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Department of Neurology.

  • Manage calendaring and scheduling meetings.

  • Book travel arrangements and process reimbursements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience at Stanford is preferred but not required.

Possibility for Conversion:

  • Potential for conversion to a permanent position after 3 to 6 months on assignment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to support calendaring and scheduling meetings.

  • Experience in handling financial transactions and booking travel.

  • Desired experience with Oracle Financials.

  • Minimum of 3 years of office experience.

Compensation:

  • $36 per hour - $49 per hour.
