  • 100% On-Site @ St. Louis MO

  • 12+ Month Contract to hire role.

  • Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hr.

  • Full time

  • 1st shift - Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM OR 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description:

Manufacture products according to established protocols and perform operations in support of the group, department and company

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate Processing Equipment:

  • Set up equipment per operating procedures.

  • Identify and correct equipment malfunctions.

  • Report equipment failures and coordinate repairs.

2. Perform Production Operations:

  • Prepare products following manufacturing procedures.

  • Perform routine analytical tests.

  • Transport chemicals and equipment safely.

  • Ensure product quality and quantity throughout production.

  • Clean equipment and working areas post-production.

  • Handle waste disposal and compliance documentation.

3. Communication and Documentation:

  • Report production status and deviations.

  • Provide accurate batch records and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) if applicable.

  • Log hours and raw materials into SAP.

  • Maintain complete logbooks as required.

4. Compliance and Safety:

  • Adhere to production procedures and safety policies.

  • Properly use, clean, and store personal protective equipment.

  • Label all in-process equipment and containers.

  • Address unsafe conditions promptly.

  • Participate in safety and quality training.

  • Maintain clean work areas.

5. Process Improvement:

  • Assist in process improvements.

  • Conduct investigations and implement process enhancements.

  • Help train co-workers and provide technical direction as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Understanding of operating procedures and equipment setup.

  • Proficiency in performing analytical tests.

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education :

  • Associates degree in Chemistry
