Manpower Group Maintenance Technician Needed in St. Louis, Missouri

Position Description:

Install, troubleshoot and maintain all plant equipment in proper operating condition by utilizing preventive maintenance programs, correct maintenance procedures and safe workplace practices - including LOTO program.

*Perform highly diversified duties to install, maintain and troubleshoot equipment.

*Perform all in-house repairs and oversee outside contractors making repairs to the facility.

*Electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

*Effectively use a variety of hand and power tools, electrical meters and other equipment as needed

*Maintain Preventative Maintenance and PM paperwork.

*Provide training, direction and assist Mechanics, Operators, and Laborers as needed.

*Oversee workflow and set project priorities within the maintenance shop.

*Resolve problems through effective communication.

*Maintain inventory control system.

*Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders necessary to perform required maintenance.

*Perform any general work or other assignments necessary to ensure a safe, clean, healthy and efficient facility.

*Vigorously support Stericycle's commitment to Safety by complying with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Position Requirements:

*High School Diploma or GED.

*Minimum 5 years experience in related field.

*Mechanical experience (i.e. hydraulics, pneumatics, basic electrical, pumps and plumbing).
