Brokerage Account Specialist

If so, we want to hear from you! OUR CLIENT is seeking 10 motivated individuals to join our team in St Louis, MO as Brokerage Account Specialists .

Location: St Louis, MO

Schedule: Hybrid (M-F, 7am-6pm)

Bill Rate: Pay rate: Up to $35/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Address brokerage complaints from CLIENT's customers

  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide clear resolutions

  • Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive experience

Qualifications:

  • Active Series 7 license

  • Brokerage operations experience

  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of exceeding expectations
