Now hiring Production Associates

Are you looking for an exciting local opportunity in the Charleston WV area? We are currently recruiting for Production associates for a manufacturing facility. We have multiple openings for long term temporary to permanent opportunities. Candidates will need to meet production and quality standards.

Resumes and interviews will be required in order for Manpower to assess skills for this position.

Production Operators responsibilities:

  • Machine operations

  • Quality checks on production materials

  • Stack & load products for shipment

  • Adhere to Safety protocol within the facility at all times

Requirements for consideration:

  • Must have the legal right to work in the US

  • Must be at minimum age of 18 years old

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be able to work any shift

  • Ability to satisfactorily meet productivity goals

  • Ability to work overtime (often at short notice) and shift work

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on own, 75 lbs. with assistance

  • Ability to withstand long periods of standing and/or sitting (8 hours +) and repetitive motions

  • Must meet client's pre-employment criminal background and drug screen requirements
