ManpowerGroup Senior Tax Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona

Senior Tax Manager

Jefferson Wells is looking for a Senior Tax Manager in Scottsdale, AZ for one of our clients. This is a full-time, hybrid position with 2 to 3 days in the office. We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in supporting a small team. Plus, hands-on Tax return preparation and accounting experience background with small to medium sized businesses.

Qualifications:

  • CPA is required with active status.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.

  • 5+ years of tax compliance experience in public accounting with vast knowledge of compliance and planning. Serving small to medium sized businesses with all levels of tax return preparation and accounting.

  • Proficiency with UltraTax, Tax Caddy, and Salesforce.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in supervising, managing teams, and mentoring staff making a positive work attitude and great teamwork environment.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
