ManpowerGroup Accounts Payable (AP) Consultant in Schaumburg, Illinois

Jefferson Wells has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Consultant well versed with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This is a fully REMOTE role working Central Time hours.

The AP Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of vendor invoices in full compliance with our client's policies by type and approval threshold. Incumbent will also provide support and training on D365 for new users.

  • Pay rate: 25-35/hour

  • Perform a variety of AP processing using MS Dynamics

  • Support and train new users of D365

  • Ensure compliance with all company AP related policies and standardized processes

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices

Requirements:

  • Recent experience utilizing MS Dynamics 365 for AP Invoicing (mandatory)

  • Strong background as an AP specialist

  • Experience training/coaching others
