ManpowerGroup Client Success Representative in Santa Clarita, California

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join the team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be part of the Operations team supporting sales, account management, and customer support. The ideal candidate will have administration experience, ERP Experience, and be comfortable going onsite which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Success Representative

Location: Valencia, CA

Pay Range: 26-30 an hour

What’s the Job?

  • Serves as a support to our customers by facilitating communication between company and our customers for any customer related issues.

  • Coordinate responses to customer queries from appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure the customer’s expectations are met.

  • Contact customers regularly in coordination with companies sales team to remain informed of developments, and anticipate potential issues.

  • Records customer related interactions in companies customer relationship management software.

  • Maintain regular contact with the customer and members of companies team to ensure the concerns are continually addressed by the organization.

  • Investigate issues thoroughly and maintain a global overview of the entire customer experience.

  • Prepare reports, as necessary, to management regarding regional activities and individual customer concerns.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ work experience with sales, customer support or account management. Experience with manufacturing, engineering and/or industrial equipment is a plus.

  • Gather, analyze and resolve problems efficiently.

  • Ability to display a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignment efficiently and within a timely manner.

  • Consistently perform all job responsibilities at a satisfactory level

  • Organization and multi-tasking are a priority.

  • Proactive, helpful, and can-do approach
