Pay: Up to 100k per year, depending on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, over ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and at least two years of leadership experience. Duties:
Interviewing, hiring, training, developing, and supervising employees
Planning, assigning, and directing work
Appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and solving problems
Planning, managing, budgeting for, and tracking all aspects of new product developments
Directing profit improvement initiatives and evaluating proposals
Focusing on customer solutions that increase customers' sales or reduce operations costs
Anticipating customers' needs by designing cost-effective flexibility
Coordinating with sales department to focus on solutions with greatest market potential
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
10+ years of relevant engineering experience and 5+ years in a leadership role
Project Management Certification
Familiarity with the StageGate process
