A busy call center in the Springvale area is now seeking a Director! Put your management experience and organizational skills to use for a company whose services help support the needs of the local community.

What will you be doing?
Overseeing and managing financial transactions, including monitoring accounts payable and receivable
Creating and maintaining a network of transportation providers sufficient to meet service demands
Managing the quality assurance program
Fielding and managing complaints, with the goal of resolving conflicts satisfactorily for all
Preparing the annual department budget with input from the CFO
Responding to requests for bids or proposals as appropriate
Overseeing the hiring, supervision, and evaluation of department staff
What will you bring to the job?
Prior management experience in a call center environment strongly preferred; experience in a transit systems environment is a plus
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage all aspects of a complex business organization, including personnel management
Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work in a team environment and motivate staff
