Role Overview:
As a Coin Assembly Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the production of the coins that make their way into the hands and pockets of millions of Americans. You will be at the forefront of our coin manufacturing process, operating state-of-the-art machinery to assemble coins with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Advanced Machinery: Take charge of sophisticated coin assembly machines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of quality for each coin produced.
Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process to minimize downtime.
Precision Work: Handle coins with care and precision, ensuring each piece meets stringent production specifications.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Documentation: Accurately record production data and machine performance metrics.
Qualifications:
