Our client, a leader in the Telecommunications industry, is seeking a Field Construction Manager (FCM) to join their growing team in Portland, Oregon. As an FCM, you'll be a crucial part of the Deployment Team, ensuring the successful installation of telecommunications equipment at assigned sites.
Job Title: Field Construction Manager
Location: Salem, OR
Pay Range: $ 44-48/hr
What’s the Job?
Manage all technical aspects of equipment deployment, from site selection to completion.
Oversee installation and construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress.
Ensure compliance with the company and customer standards at every stage of the project.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including suppliers, contractors, and customers.
Conduct audits and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
What’s Needed?
2+ years of experience in telecommunications construction management (AT&T experience a plus).
Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience can be substituted.
Strong understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN) technology and construction processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
