ManpowerGroup Field Construction Management in Salem, Oregon

Our client, a leader in the Telecommunications industry, is seeking a Field Construction Manager (FCM) to join their growing team in Portland, Oregon. As an FCM, you'll be a crucial part of the Deployment Team, ensuring the successful installation of telecommunications equipment at assigned sites.

Job Title: Field Construction Manager

Location: Salem, OR

Pay Range: $ 44-48/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Manage all technical aspects of equipment deployment, from site selection to completion.

  • Oversee installation and construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress.

  • Ensure compliance with the company and customer standards at every stage of the project.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including suppliers, contractors, and customers.

  • Conduct audits and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

What’s Needed?

  • 2+ years of experience in telecommunications construction management (AT&T experience a plus).

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience can be substituted.

  • Strong understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN) technology and construction processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
