ManpowerGroup Process Analyst in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Our client in the education industry is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and working with cross functional teams.

Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Location: Hybrid on site in St. Paul, MN

Pay Range: $45-50/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Provide guidance and leadership in processes analysis, configuration and implementation methodologies within a particular functional area.

  • Create a development process to meet the project needs.

  • Work with project leads and teams and be responsible for eliciting requirements fromstakeholders, analyze the requirements, document them in User Story or Business Requirements Document and Acceptance Criteria Format.

  • Work closely with technical staff to ensure requirements are understood and deliveredto the business/project stakeholders.

  • Establish and train process documentation of cross-department and internal processes.

  • Ensure maintenance of process documentation is updated and reviewed.

  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys,site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts,decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and requirements.

  • Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelors’ Degree in related field of study.

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in one or more SAP functional areas.

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and expertise within one or more functional areas an has working knowledge of other SAP functional areas.
