ManpowerGroup Compliance Engineer in Round Lake, Illinois

Our client, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Compliance Engineer to join their growing team. As a Compliance Engineer, you will be part of the Quality department supporting various manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of regulations and a passion for ensuring quality.

Role: Compliance Engineer

Location : Round Lake, Illinois

Pay Range: $ 55-60/hr

What's the Job?

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits and gap analyses.

  • Support management during external inspections.

  • Evaluate quality data and recommend improvement initiatives.

  • Manage and track corrective and preventive actions.

  • Prepare reports summarizing audit results and trends.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (advanced degree a plus).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

  • Knowledge of cGMP and global regulatory guidelines (EMA, FDA etc.).

  • Experience with Six Sigma and LEAN principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Project management experience preferred.
