ManpowerGroup Compliance Engineer in Round Lake, Illinois
Our client, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Compliance Engineer to join their growing team. As a Compliance Engineer, you will be part of the Quality department supporting various manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of regulations and a passion for ensuring quality.
Role: Compliance Engineer
Location : Round Lake, Illinois
Pay Range: $ 55-60/hr
What's the Job?
Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits and gap analyses.
Support management during external inspections.
Evaluate quality data and recommend improvement initiatives.
Manage and track corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare reports summarizing audit results and trends.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (advanced degree a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Knowledge of cGMP and global regulatory guidelines (EMA, FDA etc.).
Experience with Six Sigma and LEAN principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience preferred.
