ManpowerGroup ITSC Technical Support Specialist in Rockville, Maryland
Our client in the IT industry is seeking an PC Technician to join their team. As an PC Technician, you will be part of the IT Support Center (ITSC) supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: PC Technician
Location: Rockville, Maryland
Pay Range: $22-24 per hour
What's the Job?
Responds in a timely manner to users' requests for assistance by phone, chat, in person, and remotely via screen sharing tools with routine technical issues while also seeking guidance for more complex problems.
Diagnoses hardware, software, and operator problems and takes remedial actions or recommends procedural changes.
Images and configures laptops for new hires and upgrades.
Occasionally called upon to document resolutions for addition to the ITSC Knowledge Base.
Regularly seeks to improve processes and update procedures.
What's Needed?
HS Diploma with 3 - 5 years of experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office 365, MS Teams, WebEx, and HelpDesk ticketing software.
