Our Fortune 500 Client is seeking a UX Product Design & Creative Technical Specialist to join their team, who can work directly with customers who speak Portuguese. The ideal candidate will have a UX Product Design background, with strategy and stakeholder management experience.

Language Requirements: Fluent in Portuguese & English
Contract Duration: 18 months
Location: 100% Remote
Hourly Rate: $75/hour
Job Description:
Product Design:
Estimate and create schedules and planning systems across teams, prioritizing product plans and demonstrating intuition for design needs.
Lead ideation solutions for complex products, synthesizing solutions and articulating user wants effectively.
Build prototypes and feature areas for new products, seeking feedback and understanding user needs.
Interact with Engineering for successful design implementation, ensuring optimal designs through iteration.
Produce visual designs from concept to delivery, contributing to the design system and mentoring junior members.
Create wireframes, journey maps, personas, and other artifacts to support interaction designs, ensuring optimal user experiences.
Design Components:
- Contribute to the adoption of the latest design systems, ensuring alignment with company-wide systems and driving consistency.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, owning communication and adjusting narrative depending on the audience.
Collaborate with creative team members, program managers, and developers to define and iterate on product features.
Provide guidance to the team of product designers, mentoring designers and influencing stakeholders across disciplines.
Leadership:
Provide guidance to the team of product designers, ensuring alignment with the original design vision.
Mentor designers in specific areas of expertise, influence stakeholders outside of design, and participate in candidate interviews and screenings.
Requirements:

Ability to travel domestically and work with different cultures and customers.
Strong presentation skills and effective communication with various audiences.
Balanced business and technical acumen, ability to lead and motivate technical communities.
Adaptability to change, handling customer critical issues, and working in difficult situations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
Ability to evaluate end-user business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop and implement appropriate technical solutions.
Fluent in Portuguese and English, both orally and in writing.
