Our client, a multinational technology corporation is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team. As an Operations Specialist, you will managing offerings and processes for the escalation management and critical situation support team, drive data analysis and insights to understand the trends and performance of the team, and handle marketing and storytelling to showcase the team's value to stakeholders and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a background in Project Management, Data Analysis and Marketing/Storytelling to align well with this organization.
