ManpowerGroup Communications Specialist 5 in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Communications Specialist 5 to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization supporting the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent executive communication skills, and proven stakeholder collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Communications Specialist 5

Location: Fully Remote

Pay Range: $55 - $58 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Partner with the GCXE team to identify key messages, initiatives, and programs for communication support.

  • Develop and manage SharePoint resources and communication strategies for key projects.

  • Oversee a dynamic portfolio of communications, targeting various audiences to enhance business impact.

  • Write and contribute to executive updates, field engagement, community newsletters, Teams, Viva, and intranet content.

  • Execute comprehensive communication plans, ensuring clarity and consistency across all platforms.

What’s Needed?

  • 7+ years of experience in the communications field.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or equivalent training preferred.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with SharePoint (updating, maintaining, creating pages).

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams.

  • Minimum 4+ years of strong writing skills, particularly in executive-level communications and data-driven storytelling.

  • Strong business/executive communication writing/editing skills.

  • Proven ability in storytelling and simplifying complex messages for targeted audiences.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, with excellent cross-organization skills.
