Position Description

Back Office service operators are ultimately responsible for Back Office payroll form processing including garnishments, tax forms, direct deposits, etc.

The Back Office service operator will assist with key data entry of payroll forms as needed and will work with the Back Office team. Depending on volumes, service operator may be asked to assist the TPF team with KDE and timesheet indexing.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Back Office Forms Processing

• May participate in opening, sorting and batching forms.

• Tracking form volumes and adjusting priorities based on SLA needs

• May participate in KDE of payroll forms

• Functions positively in a technological and team-based environment

• Makes suggestions for improvements for current business processes as identified

• Follows all pertinent policies and procedures

• Maintains production standards, meets quality expectations, attendance and workplace etiquette.

• Work with multiple functional areas (Back Office and TPF team tasks) to ensure overall Service Level Agreements are met.

• Follows all guidelines in compliance with security and privacy standards, inclusive of but not limited to HIPAA standards

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• 10-key experience is preferred

• Must be detail oriented – accuracy is important

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (ACCESS, Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to multi-task and be flexible

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must be able to work overtime as needed Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
