Manpower is looking for the best talent in Raleigh, NC for a Sales Support Professional Job .
Position Overview: We are looking for detail-oriented Sales Support Professional 2 for the role of Proposal Engineer. You'll assist in providing Power Transformer Service and Installations nationwide, collaborating with internal teams like Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Field Service to deliver tailored proposals. This role demands technical proficiency, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset for process improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer RFQ’s and RFP’s, assessing project risks.
Determine manpower and tooling needs for Transformer installations.
Prepare technical scopes for inspections and occasionally travel to job sites.
What You Bring:
Technical degree or relevant experience.
Organizational prowess and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Industry Automation and Transformer operations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Jira.
Additional Details:
Full-time, hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 remote).
Potential for temporary to hire conversion.
On-site with flexible shifts.
