ManpowerGroup Bilingual (French/English) Enrollment Consultant – Project Employee in QC, Canada

Our team is full of energetic and motivated individuals who are experts in our services. This role assists job seekers encountering career change to understand their employer-sponsored benefit and works with them to coordinate their program start.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Contact candidates following our custom protocols

  • Provide service overview to candidates

  • Document and maintain candidate files in our CRM

  • Make phone calls, send emails and texts using our contact center platform

  • Make a minimum of 10 calls per hour

  • Achieve monthly targets for signups

Schedule/Hours

  • Job Type: Part - Time

  • Work will be scheduled between 10am and 6pm EST, Monday through Friday.

  • Hours will range from 0 - 25 hours each week and are determined based upon business need.

Here are our requirements:

  • You are fluent in both English and French, written and oral communicaiton

  • You are a demonstrated leader among your peers when it comes to technology. You need to be able to be simultaneously working on the phone, doing internet research, managing multiple windows of information and capturing your work in our CRM, all while engaging our customers, maintaining key performance metrics and accuracy.

  • You are focused on customer service, but understand the importance of a soft-sale at the right time.

  • You have a dedicated home-office space in a quiet and professional environment, free of distractions.

  • Corporate experience in recruiting, customer service, inside sales or operations is a plus.

  • You are available Monday – Friday, for a minimum of four hours each day.

  • Strong phone skills, administrative skills, and the ability to multi-task are key.
