ManpowerGroup People Operations Analyst in Princeton, New Jersey

Our client, pharmaceutical industry is seeking a HR People Operations Analyst to join their team. As a People Operations Analyst you will be part of the HR Department.

Job Title: The People Operations Analyst

Location: Princeton, NJ - Hybrid

The People Operations Analyst tasks include:

• Partners with HR Operations (Total Rewards, HRIS, and Payroll) and Talent (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management) to ensure life cycle transactions are managed in an organized and consistent manner using proven tools and assessments

• Provide transactional support to PBS Team including

-Onboarding:

-Recruitment:

-Job Changes:

-Terminations

-General Employee Support:

• Support Internal Mobility: Promotion Request Process management and Quality Audit, seeing the promotions through start to finish

• Provide input into appropriate metrics and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics. Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of employee and HR core data including position management and recruiting status.

• Onboarding: Partner closely with Recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the new hire as it related to systems and documentation. Assist in following up as needed to ensure all required information is received in a timely manner and entered accurately.

• Job Changes: Coordinate the movement of employees into new positions, locations, or managers. Ensure all aspects of the change are addressed and accurately reflected in all HR systems.

• Terminations: Work closely with OSV and key stakeholders to be sure termination process both voluntary and involuntary terms are accurately closed out. Ensuring all stakeholders are informed, HR Systems are updated, and data is accurately sent downstream.

• Manage the delivery of cyclical programs to business clients ensuring consistency across HRCOE’s

• Perform ad hoc projects: use analytics to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention,

• Leave Process: Partner with People Operations Manager on Leave of Absence Process. Manage Return to Work Process and scheduling of interactive conversations with HRBPs, People Operations Manager, legal and business. Manage leave integration in Workday. Partner with Lincoln on leave cases and follow up.

• HRSD Service Desk Management and Enhancement: Manage day-to-day case assignment and platform management. Review cases in progress with OSV, escalated cases to People Operations Team Monitor unassigned cases across HRSD assignment; bring to resolution in a timely manner.

• Review SOAR Award requests and follow up when requests are pending.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Minimum of 3 (three) to 6 (six) years’ experience working in a Shared Services environment supporting HRIS Data Management and Data Operations and a Benefit Function

• Experience working with Workday (required)

• Strong skills in Microsoft applications specially excel and PowerPoint

• Strong problem solving and analytical ability

• Proficient in end-to-end HR processes

• Ability to maturely handle sensitive and confidential information

• Understanding of HR programs relative to support of business objectives

• Inspires trust and has the ability to gauge the atmosphere and culture of the overall organization

• Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.

• Excellent proficiency in English (read, write and speak) required.
