Produce Inspector in Presque Isle, Maine

Pay: $15+ per hour, depends on experience

Schedule: M-F 7a-4p

Assignment Length: Temporary

Duties:

  • Inspecting and grading produce

  • Collecting, comparing, and analyzing data and making assessments

  • Completing and issuing inspection certificates

  • Recording data, completing, and submitting paperwork

  • Providing technical assistance and assisting with sample collection

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to complete training and obtain a Federal Inspection license

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong math and analytic skills

  • Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently

  • Previous inspection, quality assurance or related experience preferred
