ManpowerGroup Maintenance Helper in Poughkeepsie, New York
Our client in Poughkeepsie NY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their team. As a Maintenance Helper, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the Maintenance & Property Managers. The ideal candidate will have painting, repair and ground keeping skills which will align successfully in the organization. Weekdays 8am-4pm. Temp to perm position.
Job Title: Maintenance Helper
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY (Condominium complex)
Pay Range: $18-$19 per hour
What’s the Job?
Undertake minor repairs and tasks.
Painting as needed.
Assist in the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies.
Lawn and ground keeper.
Moving tables/chairs, assembling small equipment, signage installation, power washing, trash remova.l
What’s Needed?
Previous caretaking, cleaning or tradesperson experience is preferred.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb.
A requirement to use ladders where necessary.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving.
