Pay Range: $17-$19/hr

Position Overview:

Under the guidance of the Manufacturing Manager and Production Supervisor, Fabricators are responsible for completing and packaging products. Entry-level workers primarily handle tasks such as cleaning, labeling, packaging, and weighing items. Experienced Fabricators also undertake manufacturing operations like gluing, bending, and deburring to finish products.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Adhere to scheduled shift hours and report to work punctually.

  • Read job folders and assemble products or their components.

  • Inspect partially assembled parts before final assembly.

  • Measure and inspect parts after assembly to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Complete all relevant paperwork accurately.

  • Maintain an organized and orderly workstation.

  • Store and maintain production parts, tools, and equipment appropriately.

  • Adhere to production targets and deadlines.

  • Follow safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company regulations.

  • Perform tasks such as deburring, routing, gluing, bending, and packaging.

  • Utilize tools including table saws, routers, band saws, and power hand tools effectively.

  • Package products for safe shipping and ensure compliance with Cleanroom procedures if necessary.

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and stocking supplies in the Cleanroom.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail.

  • Extensive time spent sitting or standing.

  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional fumes.

  • Loud noise level in the work environment.

  • May involve work in a Cleanroom environment depending on product requirements.
