Duties:
Answering phone calls and/or online chats
Data entry
Processing orders
Supporting other CSR's
Other office tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office environment
Excellent customer service, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong work ethic
