Our client in Portland is currently seeking an individual with previous building maintenance or relevant experience to work as a Building Maintenance Worker! This is a part-time, direct-hire opportunity. Apply today!
Pay: $22 per hour
Location: Portland, Maine
Schedule: M-F 8a-1p or 9a-2p

What you'll be doing:
Performing custodial duties, including ordering supplies as needed
Preparing and cleaning rooms for special events
Performing routine services on grounds and equipment
Overseeing facility security, managing key cards
Coordinating and monitoring independent contractors for facility
Ensuring building is complaint with local regulations
