Boiler Operator in Portage, Maine
Our client in Portage is currently seeking an individual with a high-pressure boiler operator license and experience operating and maintaining boiler systems in accordance with state of Maine codes to work as a Boiler Operator! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Apply today!
Location: Portage, Maine
Compensation: $20.50+ per hour – WEEKLY PAY!
Schedule: M 12p-6p, T-Th 6a-6p

What you’ll be doing:
• Operating boiler safely and within code requirements
• Checking and monitoring instrument readings and making adjustments as needed
• Performing preventative and routing cleaning and maintenance
• Moving materials to designated areas of worksite
• Other duties as required
Here’s what you need to apply:
• High-pressure boiler operator license required
• Knowledge of Maine codes and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
