Accounts Receivable - Blaine, MN

1st shift: 9am-5pm, M-F

Pay range : $22.50-$25.00

Summary:

This role will be responsible for processing deposit payments, answer billing questions, and correct discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and detail while entering payment and customer information into accounting software.

• Foster a positive impression with customers while answering their questions regarding invoices, past due amounts, and other billing related concerns.

• You can’t help but smile as you hear the “cha-ching” sound while completing daily cash, check, & ACH deposits

• Run reports, compare and analyze information to confirm accuracy and root out discrepancies.

• Sort and distribute mail to all the staff in the building. Keeping score of who receives the most junk mail is optional.

• Assist Credit Administrator with new customers and delinquent accounts.

Experience and Skills

• Positive attitude

• Willing to learn

• Team orientated

• 1+ years of accounts experience

• Strong MS Office skills

• Experience with credit collections is a plus
