ManpowerGroup Application Architect V in Plano, Texas
My client, a top 5 banking institution, is seeking a Cloud Architect to join their team and align solutions with the Bank's cloud strategy.
Title: Cloud Architect
Locations: Plano TX, Chandler AZ, or Richmond VA
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Pay: $70/hr
Contract: 12-24 Months - all applicants MUST be able to work on Experis' W2 directly; we are unable to work with 3rd party suppliers or C2C candidates.
Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing new software solutions and enhancing existing ones
Ensuring code meets standards for accessibility, security, and performance
Writing and conducting unit and integration tests
Collaborating with developers, QA, and project management
Participating in requirements, architecture reviews, and design meetings
Qualifications:
Experience with Terraform, public cloud infrastructure, and cloud security
Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) or similar frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins) and programming languages (Java, Python)
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Cloud provider certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Architect)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with identity management frameworks
Linux/UNIX system administration
Hands-on experience with Go
