What will you be doing?
- • Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on refrigeration systems, including replacing defective parts, repairing leaks, and adjusting controls.•Perform system checks, system troubleshooting, and refrigerant recovery•Perform electrical and gas system troubleshooting•Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs•Responsible for failure analysis investigations and engineering evaluations•A member of a team that includes technician and engineers for the purpose of engaging with internal customers in soliciting product specifications requirements.•Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulations related to refrigeration systems
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
A High School degree, Industry Specific Certification, or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience Should be computer knowledgeable and enjoy working in a hands-on environment in a manufacturing setting. They should have in-depth experience using testing equipment as well as reading blueprints and schematics. Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
