ManpowerGroup Inventory Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona

Inventory Analyst (Read below for requirements)

Location: Hybrid Remote - must reside in Arizona, Nevada, or Texas

Pay Range: $20-$21 P/H

1st Shift: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm

What’s the Job?

  • Inventory spreadsheet reconciliation ongoing/daily/weekly/monthly.

  • Checking warehouse inventory reports against our system and our spreadsheet. All 3 must match.

  • Working directly with warehouses and internal staff on inventory discrepancy adjustments

  • If workload allows, assist team with order entry/processing, checking pre-shipment documents and/or photos.

  • Create POs, arrange transport with our partner freight broker or owner/operator, process final receiving in our system and add inventory to spreadsheet when required.

What’s required in order to qualify?

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience holding the job title of Inventory Specialist or in an Inventory position.

  • Advanced analytical skills.

  • Must be able to review info from multiple sources and produce a conclusion based on what is found then communicate that conclusion, effectively.

  • Intermediate in Excel - Must know formatting and formulas.

  • Must be able to recognize when numbers aren’t adding up correctly and adjust the formula to fix it.
