JOB TITLE: RPA Engineer

Calling all RPA Engineers in the Philadelphia, PA area! Who is looking for their next role?
Experis is seeking a skilled RPA Analyst to join our dynamic team, a leading financial services company based in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in RPA, with a strong preference for individuals with prior experience in the insurance space and financial services industry.
This is a hybrid role onsite in Philadelphia 1-2 days a week required.
This is a Permanent Full Time Position – No Sponsorship Offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuration, implementation, and testing of RPA software, with a focus on Automation Anywhere and Xceptor (preferred).
Conduct process design and re-engineering activities, including As-Is diagramming, collaborating with business partners to identify automation opportunities, and defining automation requirements.
Provide production support by monitoring operations and conducting manual back testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in RPA implementation and process automation.
Proficiency in RPA software, particularly Automation Anywhere and Xceptor. Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath and Fortra will also be considered.
Strong background in the insurance space and/or financial services industry is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
