Pay Rate $19 to $20

What Will You Be Doing?

The assembly associate is responsible for the assembly and testing of engines, sub-assemblies and kits using documented procedures and policies.

• " Assembles product according to engineering assembly instructions and drawings to meet Quality requirements

• " Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner

• " Perform all assembly-related functions as required with hand and/or power tools

• " Ability to operate overhead crane

• " Clean and Paint parts as required using Wash Tank and Paint Booth equipment

• " Maintain a clean and organized work area

• " Ability to work independently and recognize opportunities to contribute

• " Complete inventory and job transactions in Company MRP System

• " Protects organization s value by keeping information confidential

• " Actively challenge existing processes to drive simplification and improvement

Who are we looking for?

• " High School Diploma or GED

• " Previous Assembly/Mechanical/Electrical experience desired!

• " Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• " Self-directed contributor in a team environment

• " Eagerness to learn and grow your career

• " Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators.

• " Pay Rate: $19-$20 per hour
