ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Panama City, Florida

Our client, in Panama City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a CSR you will be supporting customer service and monitoring delivery routes. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, Strong customer service skills and thrive under pressure.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Panama City, FL (32404)

Pay Range: $16.00 hourly

Availability: Monday - Saturday (7AM -7:30PM)

What’s the Job?

  • Providing exceptional customer service by phone for customers, business partners and drivers in regards to delivery routes.

  • Assisting via phone and email handling concerns and change orders in a calm professional manner.

What’s Needed?

  • Experience with MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.

  • At least 1 year of relatable experience preferably within a call center environment.

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking
