ManpowerGroup Eligibility Specialist in Orlando, Florida

Seeking an Eligibility Specialist to join the team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to follow-up with assigned clients! **Completed BA /BS degree required.

Job Title: Eligibility Specialist

Location: Downtown Orlando, Florida

Pay: $22.25/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Determine eligibility of new applicants of program housing vacancies and Section 8 vouchers.

  • Conduct re-certification screenings of existing tenants to determine continued eligibility.

  • Refer clients to community social services, as needed.

  • Communicate on multi-levels with internal and external team members.

What’s Needed?

  • BA/BS Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or Criminal Justice.

  • 2+ years Case Management background within social services, non-profit or government organization.

  • Familiarity with public housing process a plus!

  • $22.25 per hour - long term contract (W-4)

  • Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (no on-call, no weekends)
