Job Title: Fabrication Associate
Location: Grand Island NE
Pay Range: 19.00 to 21.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
Review specifications of the orders using drawings or blueprints and determine characteristics of the finished item, materials to be used, and machine setup.
Retrieve, inspect, handle, prepare, and position raw materials.
Pull, cut, bend, weld rebar assemblies to size in accordance with specifications.
Assist shear operators, other fabricators, and material handlers.
Maintain clean work areas.
What’s Needed?
5+ years combination of related experience and relevant training
High school diploma or equivalent
Sound judgment and keen problem-solving skills.
Able to bend, reach, and stand for long periods of time.
Able to read specification drawings and blueprints.
